It allows our customers to try out new ideas that make ship management more efficient. Superior Customer Service We serve our customers with expertise, commitment and energy. This is the cornerstone of our business. Our customer comes first at all stages of our work: whether we develop a new product, respond and follow-up to customer business requests or provide training seminars. For an enhanced and regular communication with the shipping community of Piraeus and London, more than 500 companies receive at least twice a month our very successful SMM eUpdate newsletter. Superior Infrastructure SMM Ltd. has five departments, operated by professional people with high academic qualification and experience in their field. Importantly, we have created our own in-house Software Development Team for the development and maintenance of innovative products and services. One such product is our computer software program for Quality Management, "PROSO" (PROduction SOftware). This allows us to standardize production ensuring consistent high quality of finished product. It maximizes efficiency by automatically creating status reports from the Production, Sales and Finance Departments and keeps track of all ongoing projects and activities. Finally, it monitors cost of every product allowing management to offer competitive prices. |
