According to the MLC 2006, the hours of rest should be at least 10 hours minimum in any 24 hours period and 77 hours minimum in any 7 day period. In order comply with the above rules, our software will calculate the hours of rest of any specific date (to check compliance with the 10 hours minimum) and then it will add all these hours for the previous seven days to check compliance with the 77 hours minimum.
